During the course of your treatment with Dr. Geis, you may be required to take certain nutritional supplements and botanical remedies. If you find that your supplies are getting low before your next scheduled appointment, please contact the office with a list detailing both the name of the medicine required and the quantity. To facilitate ease in placing and obtaining your order, please be advised of the following:
- This service is available only to clients of Daziran Integrative Health
- Orders may be placed in person, via email or by phone
- Please allow for one business day for orders to be filled.
- If time permits, orders may be available by the end of the day.
- Orders are available for pick up during Dr. Geis’ hours of operation.
- Orders placed on Thursday will be available on Tuesday morning.
- Out of town patients: Orders in excess of $150 are exempt from the $12 shipping fee.
- Payment: A Visa or MasterCard number on file or cheque is preferred over cash.
